Great looking shoes along with all the benefits of barefoot

"Love these shoes. Whilst not as ‘barefoot’ as other brands I have tried they definitely have a place in my wardrobe for more rugged, longer walks. The sole and actual shoe is more solid, so offers more protection on rugged, rocky ground, but without the insole I can still feel the ground. The lack of heel elevation is a game changer for my walking mechanics - my range of ankle dorsiflexion is limited so have always struggled to walk down hill very fast. I can now heel strike rather than all my weight behind on the ball of my foot so am much quicker and more confident. I also have a Morton’s Nueroma in one foot and was concerned that the feel of stones through the sole would irritate it but they don’t at all. Converted!"
