"I’ve been wearing barefoot shoes for over 15 years. Some brands are expensive and don’t last. These are superb. The soles are thin enough to feel the ground but protective enough to stop any injuries. And they last for a good amount of time before they wear out. Really happy with Xeros. My new favourite shoe company! Only snag…I’m a size 9 but occasionally need a 8. 5. Not a massive problem as I just order 2 sizes and send the one back that doesn’t fit."
"As a fitness instructor and personal trainer these have been the best work shoe I have ever worn. Excellent for leading fitness classes (Not Spin- Peddles to harsh on the arches when wearing these). I recommend these particular shoes to all my clients! I feel vivo are over priced and although I fully support some of the claims of minimalist shoes I feel vivo over market the benefits. Sure they help but not a miracle cure xero prices make them a better option than vivo plus xero just look better. I got these to combat foot pain. They helped with my foot pain only because the shoe aloud me to perform corrective exercise due to there flexibility and design. For example calf raises with these shoes allows better engagement of the foot muscles, and range of movement. The breaking in period was short but my only advice would be if you aren't that physically active the break in period maybe longer. I did end up with a Morton's neuroma due to wearing these but walking trails with sharp pebbles on the ground, so be carful on initial wears but I persevered and that healed on its own, still walk on the same trail but just be mindful of the pebbles and rocks. I will buy and buy again as-long as the price is kept reasonable these will be a forever shoe! Didn't expect them to be that water resistant but was surprised. My adidas runners let in a lot more water. But they are not water proof so don't read this wrong. Wash well, still fit as per after a wash. Excellent work!"
