Absolutely love the shoe, but durability is poor

"Very comfortable and they look great, I hiked through last summer in them and they were really good shoes during those months and never felt uncomfortable, even on longer hikes. The size was perfect as well to my usual size. The grip was ok initially but started to let me down as autumn turned into winter and the sole has been wearing down steadily and losing grip on the ball of my foot to the point they can be quite slippery in the wrong (right) conditions. The main Issue is the durability however. Last autumn after around 6 months of wear, the heel inside and outside the shoe tore through. I've still been wearing them since, but have to be very careful to put them on not to increase these holes/tears. I don't trust that another pair wouldn't do the same as well as its clear it ripped on the stitching and rear tag (see pictures). It's a real shame as otherwise I love them."
