Trail Hiking, Running, and Recovery Sandal

The Z-Trail EV offers the perfect combination of lightweight protection, natural flexibility, durability, versatility, style and affordability. Life-changing comfort and superior performance come from letting your feet do what’s natural – bend, move, flex and feel.

  • Soft, tubular quick-dry nylon webbing
  • Comfort, protection, and trail-ready traction
  • 11mm FeelLite™ sole

Lightweight protection that feels just right.

The Z-Trail EV features an updated 11 mm FeelLite™ sole with a middle layer of TrailFoam™ and an updated dual chevron lug pattern that offers the best combination of comfort, protection, and trail-ready traction while still allowing you to bend, move, flex, and feel the terrain beneath your feet. The Z-Trail EV remains just as lightweight and versatile as the original best-selling Z-Trail.

Made from earth & vegan-friendly materials.

The Z-Trail EV eliminates 70% of the unnecessary materials used in modern sports sandals – and because its soft, tubular quick-dry webbing is made from nylon sourced from recycled water bottles, it’s even better for the planet than before!

Still adjusting - excess strap for wide feet?

"I like the barefoot feeling. I'm still adjusting straps to get a secure but flexible fit. It seems that I have excess material either on the centre or the back. I need the back secure, so currently I have excess strap in the centre which is flopping around -the rubber grip isn't able to contain the material. The shoe shape seems to be about right; I have wide feet. That might explain the excess strap. I got a major blister from my first 40m downhill commute walk - healed quickly though."
