To clean your Xero Shoes, hand wash with warm water, mild soap and allow them to air dry.
We do not recommend putting your Xeros in the washing machine or dryer.

Not true to size and bad quality

I sent mines back twice as the sizing was very wrong. Website advised to order your actual shoe size however they were extremely small. I’m size 5 and eventually ended up with a size 7 and had to pay the delivery charge twice. The show quality is not great either. I’ve used mines on 3-4 hikes now and the fabric where there’s a lace hole at the top is getting wider and wider. Rubber bits on the outer peeling off from the wear and tear already. Wouldn’t buy again.

Happy with purchase but was unsure about sizing when ordering

I have been wearing my Xero walking boots for about 3 months and overall I am happy with them. I was given advice to build up distances slowly as they would work different muscle groups than conventional walking boots, and I'm glad I did as my feet felt quite sore after longer distances, especially on gravelly surfaces as they are less cushioned (I kept the insole in). They are lightweight with good grip and seem to be waterproof so far. I like the bigger toe box. When I was ordering I was concerned about getting the wrong size as the conversions between UK/EU didn't seem right, and I'd seen advice to order a size up from standard. Mine seemed to fit OK but publishing actual measurements alongside shoe sizes might help to give confidence ordering, as I held off for a while as I wasn't sure.

Incredibly versatile and solid hiking boots

I tried the boots in different mountain terrains for 3 weeks: tree roots, rocks, slates, grass, sands, gravel - you name it. The sole performed spectacularly! Grip was good. Not slippery. Contact with the ground felt natural. Toe box was comfortable. A truly real hiking boots. Highly recommended!! Sadly the top part of my boots around the ankle area was torn by a small tree branch. The customer service team responded quickly and very efficiently. Thank you!!

Scrambler mid II WP - women

I love my scramblers! They are perfect for summer hiking. The sizing definitely comes up small in uk sizes. First time I’ve had to buy size 8. Normally I’m a 7.
