Caring for your Xero Shoes

To clean shoes with a soft-bristled brush and dry detergent:

Remove loose dirt with a soft cloth.
Mix a little water with the white dry detergent
Use soft-bristled brush, dipped in water to gently scrub shoes.
Gently wipe away excess detergent with a dry cloth.
Repeat until satisfied.
Air dry shoes completely.

Please note:

White shoes can get dirty! Please use dry detergent as needed.
We do not recommend putting the Nexus in the washing machine or dryer.

How do I send a gift certificate?

After you purchase a gift certificate, you’ll be able to enter an email address for the recipient.

You could email it to yourself and forward it at a later time if you like.

No customer service!

I have sent them back for an exchange to change the size and has no communication since, despite having emailed twice now. The website says I’ll get a reply within a certain amount of time and it’s been over a week since my first email. I probably won’t get an exchange now as their customer service is non existent.

Very comfortable, but do not use them for running

The shoes are amazing for gym and weightlifting - they give you stability and are incredibly comfortable. Nonetheless, do not use them for running - you might get injured, the sole is completely flat.

The Xerox shoes are very comfortable and adapt to your feet smoothly, although I wouldn't recommend using them for running.

Too Small

I've been wearing another well known barefoot shoe for several years now and thought I'd like to try a different brand. The quality of the shoe is undoubtedly very good and the shoe looks great too, unfortunately way too small. I am a UK size 4, as this was out of stock I ordered the 4.5 thinking a don't mind a little bit of extra room. Despite your size guide saying the Nexus Knit is true to size I found them far too narrow and too short, my big toe butting up to the front of the shoe.
