Extremely poor sizing

I have size 40 feet and a pair of size 40 trainers that I love. I checked the sizing info for 3 pairs of shoes I bought and bought my usual size as they all said choose normal size. They were all incorrect - these were far too big and the others were so small that I could not even get them on my feet. So I had to pay £19 to return them! This is misselling/selling under false pretences and I am not buying form Xero again

Great shoes - size chart seemed off!

I love these shoes, they are perfect! My only feedback would be that the sizing chart differed from the sizing chart of most of your other shoes, so I had to start again with regards to working out what size I am.. I did raise this with customer service but they didn't seem to be reading my explanation of the issue very carefully and were just offering generic sizing advice. I worked out after ordering completely the wrong size (based on my ridgeway boots) eventually that it was the UK size conversions that were off with these shoes so ordered by eu size. Other than that I'm very happy with my shoes and look forward to my next xero purchase in the future!

Great casual pair of shoes

These were my first barefoot shoes and they have me convinced! The delivery was quick and the shoes fitted perfectly. I really like the appearance as they look casual and easy to wear day to day. The quality is great too. I have quite narrow feet and I like that the laces allow a decent amount of adjustment so the shoe can be tightened easily. I'm enjoying the wider toe box - feels much more comfortable compared to standard shoes! The zero drop thin sole makes walking in uneven surfaces such as grass very enjoyable. I can feel my calf muscles getting stronger walking in these too. Overall very happy!
