Do I replace the insole that comes with my Xero Shoes?

That’s up to you.

The Naboso insole is about 3.5mm, so it’s a bit thicker than the insole (sock liner) that comes with our shoes. If you keep both in, you may find the shoe is too tight.

Try it both ways and see.
