From your dashboard, you can view recent orders and manage your shipping and billing addresses and view order status. When your product is shipped you will receive an order tracking number in your email.

We recommend hand washing our shoes and sandals with warm water, mild soap and a soft brush as needed. Then allow your shoes to air dry. Do not leave the Cloud or Z-Trail sandals in direct sunlight as the heat may cause the foam to deform. This is not covered by our warranty.
